8/20/2017 0 Comments Rely. On. Us.![]() The internet is an amazing source for information, and there’s lots of information sources out there for people in general. But when it comes to thinking about buying/selling homes, I want to be a real source of information for YOU! Yeah, the internet’s got your quick click info. If you have a wandering thought: I wonder what movies she has been in, I wonder how far it is to Reno, I wonder why the sky is blu,; Why is it so HOT here?? The quick information we can find is simply amazing! It’s also complex and convoluted. There’s an abundance of misinformation, especially when it comes to up-to-date facts on homes, neighborhoods, selling prices and home values. Many times, there’s a bit of information that contains part of the truth, or the truth a year ago or six months ago. Take Zillow; Zillow has grown very powerful in the Real Estate world. People love the website and there’s something compulsive about being able to search homes and neighborhoods on it. It’s well-designed and full of information. The bummer for a job like mine is that Zillow is also full of misinformation. Click below for my analysis of a Zillow post and looking at a couple of local SCAMS that you should watch out for. Always, give us a call if you have any questions at all about what's real, what's required of you as a homeowner, etc. Reach out, we're here!
